How It Works
Getting started with therapy at Ascent Psychology is simple and supportive every step of the way. We offer a complimentary 10-minute phone call to help you get to know your potential therapist and talk through your goals for therapy. If both you and the therapist feel comfortable and confident that it’s a good match, you’ll be able to schedule your first full session directly from there.
In that first session, you’ll have space to share what’s been going on and begin to clarify what you’re hoping to work on. From there, therapy becomes a collaborative process—we’ll walk alongside you, offering insight, tools, and a trusted space to help you move forward with confidence.
